  The WBDC serves 3 major client areas which are:
- Producers:
- use information generated through research conducted by the WBDC staff.

Researchers:
- use the information from WBDC projects
- participate jointly in WBDC projects to help advance their own research.

Third party clients:
- contract specific projects with the WBDC on a fee-for-service basis.
